How Trade Orders Work
- Tell us what you need. Send the item types, rough dimensions and quantities.
- We quote. Pricing depends on size, quantity and how many repeats of the same pattern are in the order. Repeat sizes cost less per unit, because the pattern is cut once.
- We confirm measurements. For larger orders we will usually make one cover first so you can check the fit before we make the rest.
- Production and delivery. Lead times depend on volume. We will give you a firm date with your quote rather than a general estimate.
What We Need From You
- Quantity and the breakdown of sizes
- Measurements, or photographs of the items with something for scale if you would like help measuring
- Your delivery postcode, and whether the delivery point has loading access
- Any date you need to hit
Terms
Trade orders are made to specification, so the same made-to-measure terms apply as for retail orders. Please read our refunds and returns policy, and note that where you buy in the course of a business some consumer rights do not apply. We will set out the terms for your order in writing with your quote.
