Introduction

This policy covers production times, shipping and delivery for orders placed through Custom Cover Company (customcover.uk), a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

Every cover is made to your measurements, so your order is manufactured specifically for you. Please read this policy together with our Refunds & Returns policy before ordering.

Production Times

Because every cover is made to order, your order enters our production queue once your measurements have been confirmed. Please allow the following lead times before dispatch.

Standard Production

Approximately 4 weeks from the date your measurements are confirmed.

Express Production

Approximately 3 weeks from the date your measurements are confirmed. A surcharge of £14.99 applies.

Priority Express Production

Approximately 10–14 days from the date your measurements are confirmed. A surcharge of £105.99 applies.

Important Notes on Production Times

• Production does not begin until your measurements have been confirmed. If we need to follow up on your measurements, this will delay your order.
• All production times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to high order volumes, fabric availability, or other manufacturing factors.
• If you need your cover by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can advise whether your timeline is achievable.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to every postcode in the United Kingdom:

• England, including London, the South East, the South West, the Midlands, the North West, Yorkshire and the North East
• Scotland, including the Central Belt, the Borders, and the Highlands and Islands where courier coverage allows
• Wales, all postcodes
• Northern Ireland, all postcodes

This includes major cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Bristol, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Liverpool, Newcastle and Belfast, as well as rural addresses throughout the UK.

Some remote Highland, Island and offshore postcodes may carry a longer transit time. We will tell you if that applies to your address.

How We Ship

All orders are shipped by tracked courier. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also use our parcel tracking page.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, typical transit time is 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Mainland cities are generally at the faster end of this range; rural, Highland and Island addresses may take longer.

Signature on Delivery

A signature may be required at some addresses. If nobody is available to sign, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.

Delays in Transit

Once your order has been handed to the courier we are not able to control the speed of delivery. If your parcel is delayed, contact the courier using your tracking number and we will help where we can. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to receive goods within a reasonable time.

Shipping Costs

Standard delivery to UK addresses is free. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no delivery charge added.

Express and Priority Express relate to production speed rather than courier speed. Where a production surcharge applies it is shown above and at checkout before you pay.
