Where your order is, and what each stage means.
As soon as your cover leaves us we email you a tracking number. It comes from theteam@customcover.uk, so if you cannot see it, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
There is no tracking number before dispatch, because your cover has not been made yet. See the stages below.
Enter the tracking number on the courier's own website, using the link in your dispatch email. The courier's page is always more current than anything we can tell you, because it updates as the parcel is scanned.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after dispatch. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Remote Highland, Island and offshore postcodes take longer than mainland addresses.
If your cover arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the item and the packaging. If a parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, tell us and we will open an investigation with the courier. Your rights are set out in our refunds and returns policy.
Please include your order number. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
